Gerald Green was born in 1947 and initially qualified and worked as an Architect before becoming a full-time Artist in 1986.
He has undertaken over a thousand commissions depicting buildings for many of the leading Architectural and Property Development companies in this country and abroad.
His work has been shown in solo and group exhibitions at a number of public and private galleries including:

His work has been featured in several publications. He is also a regular contributor to most of the leading Art Magazines, including The Artist and International Artist.
Membership of societies
In 1993/4 he served as a Director of the Free painters and Sculptors group in London and was appointed Vice president of the Society of Architectural Illustrators.
He is currently a member of the Society of Authors and he is listed in The Dictionary of International Biography.
From time to time he has served as a visiting lecturer at various Art Colleges and Universities and regularly runs painting workshops at various centres around the country, teaching watercolour, oil and life drawing. He also lectures and gives demonstrations to Art Societies.
